The PCC administers Hempstead Church under the Chelmsford Diocese. It is responsible for the building and activities of the church.

We do not have a Treasurer but our former Treasurer Frank Bannister is continuing to help with our accounting.

People can contribute by cheque or cash to the two Churchwardens or make regular donations by direct debit to Frank Bannister who's address is Red Rose Barn, New House Lane, Ashdon. CB10 2LX. Tel: 07850 199447.

The Churchyard is looked after by the PCC. The Parish Council pays for the grass cutting and help is provided in tidying it by the Community Service team of Harlow Probation Service. Hempstead & District Gardeners' Club maintains two flower beds either side of the porch.
